Bring a lunch and enjoy the program "Skunk Hill: A Native Ceremonial Community in Wisconsin".

      WHERE: Powers Bluff County Park Enclosed Shelter.


Bring your bag lunch and then join Robert Birmingham, archaeologist and author of many books including “Skunk Hill: A Native Ceremonial Community in Wisconsin” Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the enclosed shelter at Powers Bluff County Park. Bring a bag lunch and join us at 11:30 am with the program following at 1:00 pm. The program will trace the largely unknown story of Skunk Hill whose woods were sacred to at least four Wisconsin Indian Tribes and home to two known native burial grounds.
